The Fondazione Chierese per Il Tessile e per il Museo del Tessile has its registered office at the Imbiancheria del Vajro (formerly a whitening factory) and its main preamises in the monastic complex of St. Claire, which also houses the Textile Museum. Both buildings belong to the Municipality of Chieri, and house the Foundation by virtue of a five-year agreement undersigned in 2019.

The Municipality of Chieri has also supported the Foundation financially by funding specific projects besides giving an annual grant of € 12,500 for cultural and educational activities.

The Municipality of Chieri is therefore the main supporter of our Foundation.
